My twitter blurb describes me as a "social media maven, podcaster, meteorologist, parent, friend, musician and music lover, Christian, and IT guy." Most people in town know me from my Kansas City Weather Podcast. I also produce two music podcasts, Looking Out The Window and my seasonal Podsafe Christmas podcast.

I'm Spyder. Because of my job I prefer to remain anonymous. Besides I do like the name Spyder. I'm happily married since 1985. We only have 4 legged children. I'm the Ms. Moneypenny of a group of bloggers in Kansas City. I organize & schedule a once a month gathering.

Thanks for getting this going, Jeff!

I'm Zena Weist (pronounced: weest, I know, I know - I married into it.) I've been involved in online marketing for about 15 years, light on tech stuff, heavy on customer advocacy. Currently, I'm working client-side in brand marketing.

On to the really fun stuff, my husband and I have 4 high-energy kids that keep us bustling about. Our oldest is autistic and helps us see the world through the most beautiful lens. I love microbrew beers, black and tans, wine, wine, wine, and anything chocolate, therefore I run.

My name is Christina Maki, although most of you probably know me from Twitter as 2012ad. I'm 23 and am a part owner of The Social Lites, a social media and web marketing business. You may also be familiar with my beautiful and talented partners, Jenn Bailey (JennBailey on Twitter) and Shelby Garlock (SEMaven on Twitter). I do the design work for our company, as well as some of the social media consultation and a lot of the technical setup.

I'm on LiveJournal for my personal blog, although I keep it friends only to maintain my "responsible adult" facade to the general public. I also run a blog called Nerdery with my significant other, Greg. The subject matter is based around comics, sci-fi, and all our other nerdy fandoms. And then there's the Social Lites website, which I mentioned above.

I can also be found on Friendfeed, Facebook, LinkedIn, Brightkite, and a bunch of other sites.

When I'm not on the intertrons, I'm usually spending time with Greg and our six pets (two dogs and four cats, and yes, it's crazy).
Hey Christina!!!! I never new about your blog Nerdery...very kool. adding it to my feeds. my kind of site.

I'm active in the Kansas City Robotics Society and the CCCKC Hacker Space effort underway locally.
