Putting Kansas City on the social media map
Corporate Social Media Presence In KC?
I'd like to start a discussion about the companies in Kansas City that present a strong, cohesive brand image on social media. I recently moved to KC, by way of Saint Louis, and have been studying the market since I arrived. The biggies like H & R Block that do such a fantastic job are easy to find, of course. (Innovative marketing channel, that one!)
What I'd really like to hear about are the specialty niche firms that appeal to more specialized demographics, or those small start-ups that have created a following using free or almost free tools to promote and engage. Can anyone think of businesses that aren't giants within their industry that have truly mastered social media marketing?
